I'm Back.

I have been really busy with mid-terms, just finished the last one today, and have not been able to post any new blogs. This is an update on what is to come. I will be doing a review on some of the makeup and face wash I have been trying, along with some exercises I do. I'm not where I want to be and am working on that now. I am also in the process of getting an apartment and I will be making a move soon. so I might not be on as much as I would like to be ): Oh and I will be putting up some youtube video's of myself soon, so if you have any thing you want me to review then tell me here, just comment below and I will try my best to do it.

Slacking

Okay so yesterday I got back all of the work I've done in class and I had perfect scores on all of them, except for the 3 points on each that were taken away for them being late! I am annoyed with myself...Anyway. I just feel like venting. I have to do better, and I will. You can do just about anything you put your mind to and all that :)
On another note. I am joining a few clubs in my school. I think if you're in high school or college you should too. It's a great way to meet people and to have fun. Plus it looks good to future colleges/universities you want to go to.

Feel Better About Yourself

WorkOut
Okay, so I don't usually stretch when I get up in the morning, I tend to do more of the wake up and rush to get ready. However, I've heard more than a few people say stretching in the morning, sometime during the day and before you go to sleep can make you feel better and shed some pounds. I figured I'd try it. I am more awake than I usually am for school. So maybe it was the stretching? I don't know, but I'll keep you posted. I have also been doing leg exercises every night to keep int shape. I have PCOS so I should be working on my stomach, which tends to accumulate more fat than in other areas of my body, but It is one of the harderst to lose fat in, so I've been putting it off. Tonight I will start doing stomach exercises with my leg exercises. I also walk everyday without fail. I know I won't lose weight super fast, but I want to be healthy so I don't really mind. :)

Feel Sexy
Another thing I have done is, I bought a really cute new push-up bra, I'm already a D, and now their all up in your face. Not really, but its good. I also bought some really cute&sexy panties. I feel like if you wear something hot under your clothes, you will feel hotter and better about yourself around others. I have been doing it this whole week and have noticed how much more open I am with people. I think people notice when your confidant, and they like you more for it.

Stay On Track
If you have goals that you are working on then keep going, push yourself to complete them, you will love it when you have met your goals! If your in school then keep up with your work, show up to class, and take part in class activities, don't be afraid to raise your hand! I can't stress that enough, your not stupid because you don't understand something, your stupid because you didn't ask about what you didn't understand!

Meet People
Get out there and say "Hi I'm...." Don't be afraid, more often than not people want more friends, and who knows you might even meet your future lover :). I'm a pretty up-front person and I have met some of my best friends by doing that. Get out of your comfort zone before it becomes a prison!



This has been some advice I wanted to get out before anything else, I will be expanding on all of these things in my future posts, but I wanted to give you something to think about. Feel better about yourself, I believe everyone should love themselves. If you don't feel good about yourself then change. Everyone can change. You just have to want it enough.
(Unless you have a medical problem, then use a doctors advice to get better!)

New Me.

If you have been reading my blog then you know that I had up 13 other posts, but I recently deleted them. I'm still planning on blogging, but I found that I was annoying myself with all of my whining, and I didn't want to put someone else through that. I put up the title as New Me, because that's what I want to be, a new me. I want to be more independent, healthy and more responsible. I'm not a little kid any more and I have to start acting like it. I've had some of the same goals for a while now, and some of them were recently met. I got a job, I'm volunteering at my local library and I'm going to college. Some of my other goals are getting a car, my own place and losing about 40-50 lbs, I know its a lot, right! I don't want to lose weight because I want to be skinny, but rather because I need to be healthy. I already have a health issue I'm dealing with and I don't want to add to it. I also would like to clear my skin up a bit, and am in fact doing that as we speak. I have a new variety of face wash, moisturizer, and makeup. Hopefully it doesn't irritate my skin. I would love to try some BB Cream, because they are good for your skin and won't cause break-outs  (: Anyway I just thought that my readers should know about this and that I will now be blogging about my life, while trying to reach these goals and what helps me/gets in my way. Hopefully my blog can help someone else reach their goals.
